Let me start with...I LOVE PINTEREST!  I am one of those people who can not visualize anything in my head.  Sometimes I have what I think are good ideas, but then they don't turn out as I had pictured them in my head, which is often quite disappointing.  Now, with the help of pinterest, I can look up "my" idea and find a photograph of it!
Chloe has been the main benefactor of this new found technique.  We have done all sorts of crafts.  Among them DIY bird feeders, sensory activities, and fun little projects to get us through the day.  Mainly, I have just gotten some great ideas :)  The one below has been the best so far.  Mud pie kitchen!  Chloe LOVES it!  She will play as long as we will let her out there.
Chloe is a fantastic little helper.  She often helps me with the laundry...sorting, putting in the washer, folding, putting away...all of it!  One day, Chloe decided that it would be better for her to be in the dryer than the wet clothes.

Chloe has a new blanket on her bed AND this one actually fits!  Yes, the blanket my mom and I made her was adorable, but it was made for a toddler bed :)  We got this one on clearance at Target last week.  Love it!

We made a trip to St. Louis over Labor Day weekend to see my grandparents and my aunt and her family.  We had a fantastic time!  My grandparents look so much better than the last time I saw them and we were able to squeeze in a good bit of visiting.  We really enjoyed staying with my aunt and her family.  Chloe had a blast playing with the boys!  I think Kathy enjoyed having some more females around too :)

On Labor day, the weather was terrific!  We headed to the zoo for the morning before we headed back home.  I think I must like birds.  My favorite exhibit was the penguins. (In Nashville, it's the flamingos.) We rode the carousel and the train and took pictures with some HUGE bugs!

Home again, home again, jiggity jig...
Today, Chloe had her teeth cleaned!  I tried to get her really excited about it this past week and it seems I was successful.  She enjoyed it :)

Tonight, Adam built the girls their first fort.  Fun times for all!
