This and That

A few weeks ago my mom came to visit. We spruced up the flower beds. That included working on the side of the house that NEVER gets any attention. Literally, since we moved here, the only thing we have done on that side is mow. Here's before:
And AFTER:

Chloe has been helping me keep it well watered and maintained!

Currently, Chloe only has a few preferences for what she wears. It has been raining a lot lately, so she's gotten to wear her galoshes some. They are a little too big, but apparently, they are enjoyable to wear. I got her ready for Bible study on Wed night and she wanted to wear them to the building. She definitely had a unique style going on that night!

Our before bed routine has gotten a little less chaotic. It's still kind of a mad dash from supper time to getting both girls in bed before anyone has a melt down (yes, that includes me!) Autumn loves the bath just as much as Chloe. She sits up pretty well now, and loves to chew on all the bath toys.
Our STTN issue got a LOT better after I posted last time. Autumn slept through for 5 nights in a row! However, the last 3 she has woken up and been awake for quite some time. It's so difficult figuring out what the issue is! I don't want to feed her at night anymore, so that is the last thing I try, but boy, is it frustrating when we've been up for an hour or more and I finally give in and nurse her and she goes right to sleep.

Chloe got some new Jammies and wanted to show them off :)

As most of you know, Cullman, AL was hit pretty hard in last week's storms. My grandparents, aunt, and her children all live there. Their home was not damaged. However, they have not had power since last Wednesday, no stores were open, and of course, there is devastation everywhere. Austin and Molly (my aunt's children) came to stay with us for a few days while things were so dismal. All of us enjoyed their company, but Chloe really enjoyed having their undivided attention!

Chloe and I like to play hide and seek outside. I like to think I can hide behind a tree :)
